The classic 8 wale (a wale is the raised stripe, and corduroy is measured in wales per inch) corduroy suit. Single-breasted, two-button with two vents at the rear. Fully lined in contrasting maroon cupro. Classic shape and fit. Great weight to this fabric (470gsm), perfect for when the weather turns sharp.

Inky and rich, but robust. A really close sibling to velvet this 8 wale cord catches the light beautifully making it quite formal, but without any [stuffiness]. An extremely comforting, sharp cloth that is will age beautifully, softening to your own contours. Definitely not to be worn in hotter weather. You might perish. Wear formally or less so.
