Book an appointment at our east London showroom. Can’t make it to London? Email us to book a Skype fitting or watch our short video (below) to find out how to take your own measurements – all you need is a measuring tape – and place your order online.
All of our fabrics can be made into two or three-piece suits. You can choose between lapel, cut, number of buttons on your jacket etc. We’ll run you through all the options.
Suits take about six to eight weeks start to finish. Once your suit is ready, after four weeks, you’ll come in for a fitting or we’ll post it. If any tweaks need to be made it usually takes a further 10-14 days.
Everything is made to order and sized according to your measurements. This ensures the best fit for you and helps us to keep costs down and reduce waste.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality or the fit of your ordered items we will, after inspection of the goods, follow a policy of ‘Repair, replace and finally refund’. Where there is a dispute over the sizing, the record on the ordering form is used. See our returns page for full details.
We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. Each order is made to measure, which means we are unable to resell an order to another customer.
VAT is inclusive in the price and will be taken off of orders outside of the EU (this is subject to change following Britain’s decision to leave the EU) .
