This policy covers how Beggars Run treats personal information collected on this and other web sites, including information related to your past use of the site such as previous order details.

Personal information is personally identifiable information about you such as your name, address, email address, phone number and so on, that is not normally publicly available.

This policy does not apply to companies that Beggars Run does not control, or to any third parties that Beggars Run does not employ or manage. In particular, this site may have links to external sites that Beggars Run does not own or control and you should look at each such site’s own privacy policy to see how your personal information is managed.

Beggars Run collects personal information when you register with Beggars Run and when you use the Beggars Run site.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code. Once you register with Beggars Run and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Beggars Run collects information about your transactions with us.

Beggars Run automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Beggars Run cookie information, and the page you request.

Beggars Run uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for our management team.

Beggars Run does not store your credit card, debit card or PayPal account details on its server or systems. Payments are processed by our payment provider SagePay and it is they who keep this information in order for us to receive your payment and issue any refunds that might be necessary.

Beggars Run does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested from our site(s), when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Beggars Run’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

If Beggars Run is acquired by or merged with another company, Beggars Run will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Beggars Run may set and access Beggars Run cookies on your computer and uses cookies in connection with Beggars Run site for your benefit.

Beggars Run uses a small number of external agencies to monitor the performance and usage patterns of the site. These agencies use cookies which provide anonymous reporting to the external agencies and the Beggars Run management team.

You can edit your Beggars Run account Information, including your address and contact details at any time. You cannot directly change the name, address, contact details and other details of existing orders, but can contact Beggars Run to change order details if you need to via [email protected]

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Beggars Run such as relevant service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Beggars Run account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. You can remove your Beggars Run account which will stop you being sent these messages. Please note that if you place an order with the site, Beggars Run will keep a permanent record of your details as entered at the time of the order.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. We also comply fully with the UK Data Protection Act (DPA). In respect of this site and the UK DPA, Beggars Run Limited is the Data Controller and Beggars Run’s registration number is 08186316

Beggars Run may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Beggars Run account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. If we choose to send an email, you will receive the email even if you are unsubscribed from receiving general emails from us.

Beggars Run obtains the measurements of each customer in order to produce a fitted suit. Beggars Run will deal with the customer’s order in accordance with our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

In the event of force majeure Beggars Run has the right to suspend all her obligations under the Contract of Sale. An event of force majeure includes strikes, breakdowns, sickness or import/export bans at Beggars Run or at third parties engaged by Beggars Run.

In the event it is clear that the period of force majeure will last longer than two months, either of the parties has the right to dissolve the Contract of Sale without having the obligation to pay any damages.

Harassment in any manner or form of the site, including via email and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden.  Impersonation of others, including a Beggard Run Limited or other licensed emplyee, host, or representative as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.  You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish throught this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any aprty or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.  You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to joinor become members of any other commercial online service or organization.  Please note that you must be 18 years old or older to register with the Site and to purchase goods from the Site.  By registering to use the Site you warrant that you are aged 18 years of age or older.

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Beggars Run.

As each order is personally tailored, Beggars Run is unable to resell an order to any customer other than the customer placing the order, and as such Beggars Run cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on the part of the customer. Neither can Beggars Run accept returns where the customer requests a change to an existing order and Beggars Run cannot fulfill that change. Where there is a dispute between customer and Beggars Run over the styling of the order, the record on the Beggars Run’s ordering system is taken as the firm and final order.

  • Beggars Run warrants that the garments description will correspond with the description logged by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • Beggars Run shall ensure that all garments/ suits supplied to the customer are capable of being altered.
  • Beggars Run shall not be liable for the any loss or cancellation of order relating to a change in the dimensions of the customer after the order was placed.

If a customer is not satisfied with either the quality or the fit of the ordered item(s), Beggars Run will, after inspection of the goods, follow a strict policy of Repair, Replace and finally Refund.  A Refund can only be processed following the procedures of Repair and Replace, and certainly not before the  third fitting.  For the avoidance of doubt, the first fitting is defined as the first fitting is defined as the first time Beggars Run delivers the physical garment for fitting with the customer.

In the case of a refund, you will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping charges previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. Beggars Run retains ultimate discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not.

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing error has occurred we will follow our strict repair, replace or refund policy up to 1 year after completion of an order. We will require you return the garment to us, either in person or by post for inspection. We are not liable for defects resulting from the customer not following our care instructions. Should a customer return a garment over one year after completion Beggars Run will not accept responsibility for a faulty garment and will maintain the customer has had fair use of the product. 

It is understood that turnaround and dispatch of the orders placed at Beggars Run may vary from time to time depending on current order volumes, work schedules, fabric availability or a particular characteristic of the order placed. Beggars Run will try its best to comply with the average turnaround of between 2 and 4 weeks.

Beggars Run estimated delivery time and shipping fee varies per country. In some countries we are able to deliver a day after ordered item is completed; however in general we aim to deliver all orders within 3 business days anywhere in the world, after ordered item is completed. Costs depend on the country of delivery.

UK VAT (sales tax) is applied to orders dispatched to the UK and all EU destinations. For all other destinations prices are displayed excluding VAT and any import duties that may apply on entry to the destination country.

As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
